Ivanhoe Equestrian

Ivanhoe Equestrian Centre is a family-run yard, nestled within forty acres of grassland and woodland in the North West Leicestershire market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch - teaching riders of all ages and abilities to ride in an understanding and empathetic manner.

Ivanhoe Equestrian is a BHS Approved Riding School celebrating their 25th anniversary this year (2015) and is a very active Pony Club centre, which enables children who do not own their own pony to access all the same training opportunities, badges, tests and competitions as pony-owning children can through branches.

One of the major aspects that made Ivanhoe Equestrian such a delightful place to provide a sponsorship of browbands, is that the children who attend the pony club sessions, do not have their own ponies and they are so dedicated taking part in team events, shows, without having their own kit. Tweed jackets and shirts were donated by Lucy Carvall and Silverburn Browbands supplied browbands and ties in the yards team colours of purple and pink. It is extremely rewarding to see children getting so much pleasure from their hobby on such a fantastic yard setting
